Monitora software analyzed Google My Business reviews posted about 207 points of sale belonging to the PoltroneSofà, Chateau d’Ax and Divani & Divani brands in the period from January 2017 to January 2020 were analyzed.

Users / reviewers show a high level of satisfaction for PoltroneSofà and Divani & Divani (68%) and slightly lower for Chateau d’Ax (62%). The trend of the average rating is slowly but steadily growing for PoltroneSofà and Divani & Divani while a decline emerges for Chateau d’Ax starting from January 2019.
