Considering only hypermarkets and superstores in Italy (803 structures) in the last year in Google Maps a total of  551,039 reviews were left (1,510 per day) of these 50,389 are negative (1 or 2 stars).

 

As many as 50,187 dissatisfied customers have not received a response from the owner/manager.
